Strength and Conditioning class is designed for students interested in the development of strength and conditioning for various sports and fitness related activities.  Students will explore a wide variety of strength and conditioning modalities with the goal of improving speed, power, agility, strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.  Students will learn how to perform exercises safely, with proper technique; and follow correct training methodology. The final project for this class will be for each student to write his/her own strength and conditioning program.
