Phoenix Country Day School Connect (PCDS:Connect) is a networking program that fosters alumni engagement, improves career prospects and academic preparedness for alumni, and generates purpose-driven conversations and mentoring relationships among Phoenix Country Day School’s generations of alumni. The PCDS networking program connects alumni mentees at any career stage with alumni mentors who are eager and willing to share valuable career information and insights.

Internships
In 2023, the Phoenix Country Day School Alumni Association launched the SOAR (Student/Alumni Opportunities for Advancement and Real-World Experience) Internship Program through which PCDS alumni and parents generously host internships exclusively for PCDS alumni who are currently attending or recently graduated from college and/or current PCDS juniors and seniors aged 16 and older. The goal is to expose PCDS student and alumni interns to careers they may be interested in pursuing and to offer real-world work experiences and advancement opportunities that further the PCDS mission of preparing its graduates to be life-long learners. Past internships include advertising, the law, business operations, manufacturing, and technology.
