Upper School Speech & Debate: State Runners-Up

The Upper School Speech & Debate team recently competed virtually at the Division I AIA State S&D Tournament. For the 4th consecutive year, the team took 2nd place overall. They also earned seven individual state championships, with a PCDS student winning nearly half of the 15 total events. Division I is the highest level of competition in the state for Speech & Debate. Congratulations to the following students on their individual results:

Next up for S&D is the National Qualifier Tournament, where they will find out who attends Nationals over the summer. Neil Patil, who made semifinals at Nationals last year, is automatically qualified and will represent PCDS at this year's Nationals.
