General Information & Policies
Sessions
Summer 2022 Dates:
Session 1: June 13 - June 24 (closed)
Session 2: June 27 - July 8 (closed)
Session 3: July 11 - July 22 (closed)
Non-credit classes meet Monday – Thursday. Friday attendees will choose from a variety of camp activities.
Cost
Sessions for grades K-8 (all prices include lunch)
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., for two weeks: $550
Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m., for two weeks: $670
Monday-Thursday (half-day program), 8:00-12:30: $450
Monday-Friday (half-day program), 8:00-12:30: $550
Classes for grades 9-12:
Class-by-class registration is available for students in grades 9-12.
Each 2-week, non-credit course costs $140. Half-credit courses are $700*.
*Currently there are no half-credit courses offered for 2022.
Electives
Students in grades K-8 staying after lunch participate in the afternoon elective program, with daily activities such as arts and crafts, swimming (grades 1-8 only), bingo, LEGOs, game room, gym games, movies, and computers.
Extended Day
Extended Care takes place from 3:00pm-5:30pm. Cost is $150 per two-week session. Select this option when you register for classes.
Registration
Online registration opens in early March.
Deposits
A $100 deposit per student is required to reserve a space. This non-refundable deposit, paid online, will be applied toward the cost of the program.
Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel any program or part thereof. For example, if fewer than four students are registered for a class then the class will be cancelled. In the event of such cancellation, a full refund will be made.
Payments/Refunds
Your enrollment deposit will be credited to your program balance. Payment-in-full due dates:
- Session 1 - May 15
- Session 2 - June 1
- Session 3 - June 15
Statements will be emailed. All fees must be paid in full before the first day. Refund requests for prepaid fees must be made in writing prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for partial attendance.
