Program Fees & Policies

Fees

Sessions for grades K-8 (all prices include lunch)

Full-Day (8:00-3:00)
Monday-Thursday:  $575/ two-week session
Monday-Friday:       $700/ two-week session

Half-Day (8:00-12:30)
Monday-Thursday: $475/ two-week session
Monday-Friday:      $575/ two-week session

Extended-Day (3:00-5:25) 
+$160/two-week session

Friday Drop-In Fee
+$125/single Friday

Extended Day Drop-In Fee 
+$30/day

Classes for Rising 9th Graders:
Class-by-class registration is available for students rising into 9th grade. (Full-day option NOT available for rising 9th graders)

Each 2-week, non-credit course costs $150. 

Deposits

A $100 deposit per student is required to reserve a space. This non-refundable deposit, paid online, will be applied toward the cost of the program.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to cancel any program or part thereof. For example, if fewer than four students are registered for a class then the class will be cancelled. In the event of such cancellation, a full refund will be made.

Payments/Refunds

Your enrollment deposit will be credited to your program balance. Payment-in-full due dates are:

  • Session 1 - May 15
  • Session 2 - June 1
  • Session 3 - June 15 (not offered 2025)

Statements will be emailed. All fees must be paid in full before the first day. Refund requests for prepaid fees must be made in writing prior to the start of the program. No refunds will be issued for partial attendance.
